E1:09: R08421 and R09420 incorrectly show Spanish translation (Doc ID 2804300.1)

Symptoms

R09420 and R09421 has incorrect Processing Options in the Spanish translation.

Steps:
1. Processing options for R09420: Where selection tab shows "periodp actual" when it should be "periodo actual" at 1.1
2. Processing options for R09421: at currency tab point "3. As-of-date" in spanish it's shown as point "2. Fecha de referencia". That way there are two number "2".
