E1: ORCH: Unable to Create OAuth Parameters in REST Connection (Doc ID 2804792.1)

Clicking the (+) Add button under OAUTH Parameters on an External REST connection in Orchestrator studio does not do anything.

Steps to Duplicate:

1. Select to create new REST connection
2. Enter Name, Description, User/Role, Environment,
3. Enter Endpoint
4. Go to Security tab, and select "OAuth 2.0 Client Credential"
5. Enter all values (Token Endpoint URL, OAUTH Client ID, OAUTH Secret)
6. Select Use Parameters
7. Click "Add" button (+) under OAUTH Parameters. Fields to enter parameter name/value briefly flicker on screen then disappear. Tested with Chrome and Firefox.
