Symptoms

While the users are trying to match vouchers to purchase orders using P4314 application, the following web client exceptions error is displayed on the screen, regarding the business function B4302450 :

WEB CLIENT EXCEPTION

BSFN failed and need roll back!! | Form Name : P4314_W4314A com.jdedwards.runtime.base.SystemException: There was a problem with the server while running the business function CacheProcessVoucherMatchCache.\nThe server may still be available, but because of state information, the entire unit of work must be resubmitted.\nPlease exit the application and restart it.\nButton clicked Line number 134\nP4314_W4314A
