Symptoms

When taking the form exit from P13700 (Planning Workbench) to WO Summary (P13RHS), the process takes longer than the 1 1/2 minute server timeout setting to load the application, and therefore generates a web exception.

Steps to Duplicate:

1. Enter P13700 (Planning Workbench)
2. Take the Form Exit to WO Summary (P13RHS)
