Symptoms

Completing partial quantity and scraping the remainder the system fully completes even though there are remaining quantity to complete.

Since there are still quantity that need to be made on the operation the operation should not be complete. So the quantity scrapped should not be included in the total quantity completed for the operation

STEPS TO DUPLICATE

  1. Enter a work order for 150 with a routing with one operation
  2. Attach the parts list and routing
  3. Run super backflush and report 120 completed and 30 scrapped for the operation
  4. The operation is complete with 120 completed and 30 scrapped. However, there are still 30 left to be made.
