Symptoms
When attempting to add an additional freight charge using the Work with Freight Audit History (P4981), the following error is received:
ERROR

017F - “Fetch Unsuccessful”
STEPS
-----------------------
1. Navigate to the P4981 and find shipment 94790.
2. Take the row exit --> Adjust
3. Input an additional freight charge with rate name INCENTIVE with a positive amount.
4. Error 017F - “Fetch Unsuccessful” is received. This error comes from the B42002420 business function.
