Symptoms
When user receives a purchase order where the supplier address book (AN8) is not setup in Address Book Brazilian Tag (F76011) table, the following message is displayed in JDE.log:
1544/5552 WRK:Free Remote User Thu Sep 16 10:39:00.384000 jdb_ctl.c7063
JDB4200003 - OPEN TABLE NOT CLOSED = F76011, opened from File=x76taxb.c, Function=IX76TAXB_SH_GetShipToShipFrom, Line=529.
Steps:
- Supplier Address Book # 4345 does not have proper setup in F76011 table
- Make sure user profile is set to Country Code “BR”
- P4310 – Create a new purchase order using the supplier number which does not have setup in F76011 table. P4310BR – Click Ok in the P4310 header screen and Click Ok in the P4310BR detail screen to save it.
- P4312 – Receive the purchase order just created. On P4312BR, populate Nota Fiscal Number, Nota Fiscal Series, Document Type and Date. Click green check mark to save it.
- Nota Fiscal is created, you can confirm inquiring the Nota Fiscal in P7610B application
- Capture JDE.log from Enterprise Server and see the following error:
