E1: 76B: Message "OPEN TABLE NOT CLOSED "Shows in JDE.LOG When Receiving Purchase Order for Supplier AB# With No Records in Tag File F76011 (Doc ID 2807683.1)

Symptoms

When user receives a purchase order where the supplier address book (AN8) is not setup in Address Book Brazilian Tag (F76011) table, the following message is displayed in JDE.log:

1544/5552 WRK:Free Remote User               Thu Sep 16 10:39:00.384000 jdb_ctl.c7063
JDB4200003 - OPEN TABLE NOT CLOSED = F76011, opened from File=x76taxb.c, Function=IX76TAXB_SH_GetShipToShipFrom, Line=529.

Steps:

  1. Supplier Address Book # 4345 does not have proper setup in F76011 table
  2. Make sure user profile is set to Country Code “BR”
  3. P4310 – Create a new purchase order using the supplier number which does not have setup in F76011 table. P4310BR – Click Ok in the P4310 header screen and Click Ok in the P4310BR detail screen to save it.
  4. P4312 – Receive the purchase order just created. On P4312BR, populate Nota Fiscal Number, Nota Fiscal Series, Document Type and Date. Click green check mark to save it.
  5. Nota Fiscal is created, you can confirm inquiring the Nota Fiscal in P7610B application
  6. Capture JDE.log from Enterprise Server and see the following error:
    1544/5552 WRK:Free Remote User               Thu Sep 16 10:39:00.384000 jdb_ctl.c7063
            JDB4200003 - OPEN TABLE NOT CLOSED = F76011, opened from File=x76taxb.c, Function=IX76TAXB_SH_GetShipToShipFrom, Line=529.
