Symptoms
When adding a Cash Call Definition (P09J40) in a non-currency environment, the system displays error “There was a problem with the server while running the business function DecimalTriggerGetByCompany.\nPlease exit the application and restart it.\nControl Exited/Changed-Inline Line number 18\nP09J40_W09J40C”.
Steps to Duplicate:
- P0000 – General Accounting Constants: Currency is not activated for the JD Edwards environment.
- P09J30 – Joint Venture Master: Enter a Joint Venture Master record with the field Managing Company populated.
- P09J40 – Cash Call Definition: Enter a cash call definition for the Joint Venture in the previous step. Populate the field Joint Venture Name and tab to the next field.
- The following web exception error is displayed: “There was a problem with the server while running the business function DecimalTriggerGetByCompany.\nPlease exit the application and restart it.\nControl Exited/Changed-Inline Line number 18\nP09J40_W09J40C”
