E1: 90CB: Prevent Sales Leads From Being Accessed By Sales People Who Are Not the Lead Owner

A sales person who is not the lead owner is able to access a sales lead, contact the prospect, and convert the lead into a sales opportunity. This allows one sales person to take leads away from the sales person it was assigned to, taking sales opportunities away from them.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Create new sales lead (P90CB010) and assign a specific sales person's address number as the lead owner.
- A sales person other than the lead owner signs in and finds the lead in the Manage Sales Leads (P90CB010) program.
- The sales person is able to open the lead, obtain the contact information and contact the prospective customer before the lead owner can act on it.
