E1: 31B: Operation Search - P31B69 Triggers Error ID 123WIM - Duplicate Operation Sequence Number When Editing Operation and Clicking Save and Close (Doc ID 2809299.1)

Symptoms

The users will receive a Duplicate operation sequence number error when attempting to either move an Operation date and/or by going back into the Operation in Edit mode and clicking Save and Close.  The users can still move the Operation by Clicking Continue, which will take the user to the second video and then they will be able to click Save and Close.
Error ID 123WIM "Duplicate Operation Sequence Number"

Steps:

1. Create T2T Move Operation
2. Instruct a volume move from 1 tank into multiple tanks
3. Click Save and Close
4. Now,  go back into it via Edit the operation and click “Save and Close”
5. Once you click “Save and Close”  you get the “Duplicate operation sequence number” Error 123WIM
