E1: ORCH: Watchlist type Notification against V986110A or V986110B Returning Zero Records in Orchestrator (Doc ID 2809411.1)

Symptoms

In Orchestrator Studio when working with a Watchlist type Notification which is based on V986110A or V986110B, the returning number of records is always zero regardless of the data. The watchlist returns the correct number of records when run outside of ORCH.

Steps to duplicate

  1. Open databrowser and inquire on V986110A and create a query.
  2. Confirm the query brings data to the grid
  3. Create a watchlist using the new query
  4. Confirm it works from the flag drop down menu
  5. Open ORCH and create a Watchlist type Notification and select the created watchlist and test.
  6. The return is zero records

 

When using the watchlist against F986110R the notification works

  1. Open databrowser and inquire on F986110R and create a query.
  2. Confirm the query brings data to the grid
  3. Create a watchlist using the new query
  4. Confirm it works from the flag drop down menu
  5. Open ORCH and create a Watchlist type Notification and select the created watchlist and test.
  6. The return records is correct.
