E1: INST: JAS: Login into Local Web Fails with Error 'Sign In Error: Incorrect User ID or Password.' However the Login Works in the Solution Explorer with Same Credential (Doc ID 2809586.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to open the local web from the Solution Explorer the login screen is shown. Normally the user should be automatically logged into the local web based on the fat client login.

When the credentials are re-entered in the local web login screen, the login fails with below error

Steps

  1. Login into Solution Explorer
  2. Start Local Web from Tools ---> EnterpriseOne Menu
  3. The login screen is shown
  4. Enter the credentials once again and Click Sign in

Changes

New Security server was configured.
