E1: ORCH: Orchestration Call through B98ORCH Fails to Create Record When Called from a UBE (Doc ID 2809776.1)

Symptoms

A simple Orchestration containing a Form Request is created. The Form Request is to insert a grid record in the Employee DBA Instructions form (P050181_W050181C)

Example of Form Request created:

When the Orchestration is called through B98ORCH from a UBE, it fails to create the grid record.

The UBE logs shows the Orchestration call is successful but the grid data is not being created.

When running the Orchestration directly from Orchestrator Studio, it works.
