E1: 17: 13: Item Balance on Lot Hold Error 0959 when Attempting to Use a Lot with a Non-blank Status (P17730/P90CD015/P13730)

After adding a part on the Work Order Parts Detail (P17730 or P90CD015), if the user attempts to use a lot with a non-blank Lot Status Code (field LOTS in F4108), the system will display the following hard error:
Item Balance on Lot Hold
CAUSE . . . . The item location record you are trying to use has a lot hold.
RESOLUTION. . Retry the command again when no holds are on the record.
Error ID 0959
Although the Lot Status Code is non-blank, the code is considered approved based on the Allowed Lot Status Group as indicated in the Allowed Lot Status Setup program (P41081).
