E1: UPG: UDO Merge Set To 70 During Upgrade From E900 To E920

Symptoms
When performing an upgrade from E 9.0 to 9.2, the upgrade plan sets all UDO TCs to status 70 (Duplicate Conversion).
After the upgrade we noticed, that the classic E1Pages were not moved over to 9.2.
Resetting it to '30' for these report and rerun the same will not happen, as the system is reverting these back to '70'.
Delete of the conversion merge log and setting the status back to '30' will end in the same result.
