Symptoms

When trying to run Impact Analysis (P96710) against ESU JN18744 on a 64 bit Deployment Server, it fails with "Error: Analysis".

Steps:

1. Apply 64 bit Planner ESU JN18902 (with fix for Bug 31013988 - UNABLE TO DO IMPACT ANALYSIS WITH 64 BIT DEPLOYMENT SERVER, see document 2652702.1)
1. Go to Impact Analysis Tool, P96710
2. Click Add
3. Add ESU JN18744
4. Run analysis
5. Analysis fails with Error: Analysis in Analysis Compl. Status column
