P05410 Self-Service Director unable to display formatted text.
Text is entered in P05401.

ActiveX on, using IE 11

Prior to 9.2.5.4, P05401 has text with html code, P05410 shows text with formatting based on the html tag.

For 9.2.5.4, does not matter whether ActiveX on or off, does not matter whether text is rtf or html, does not matter whether using browser IE 11 or Chrome, P05410 does not display text with formatting.

 

Steps to reproduce:

1. Run P05401 and select NHR

2. Text entered with formatting (ActiveX off)

 

3. Text entered with ActiveX on

 

4. Login using user with demo address book number 7500 and run P05410, text displayed without format

 

 

 

 

Changes

Upgraded to Tools 9.2.5.4
