Symptoms

When running the R46821 (Build Random Location Table), it is necessary to run the R46027 (Build Tiebreaker Files). This UBE will add all the random locations in the right order in the F46027 File. This request is to be able to run both UBEs at the same time by adding a processing option to automatically call the R46027 from the R46821.
