Symptoms
Report Service Request Processing Option Variable does not appear in Transformation
Customer is overriding the Processing Options and added a variable ${Start_Date}. The variable does not show in Transformations.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
==================
1. Login to Orchestrator Studio
2. Create a new Report service request to select R42520
3. Add a variable under Process section of Processing Options
4. Add a variable under Versions
5. Save and add to Orchestration
6. Open Transformations - see that only the first variable is displayed.
7. If you export the Orchestration and open the zip file for Service Request can see that the first variable shows correctly
<value>${HardComit12}</value>
The second and third variable shows as
<value> ${Pref_Commit}</value>
<value> ${R45100_Version}</value>
Notice the blank at the beginning of the variable - this is causing it to not to be displayed in transformations.
