Symptoms

When creating an EMPTBT operation (to empty the barrels to a tank), the business may not necessarily want to empty ALL barrels from a VBT group. This may include 50+ barrels and would save the user a lot of time from manually selecting the barrels. VBT Details - P31B66 should allow adding barrels in the grid and the values should be imported correctly.
