Symptoms

Much like Enhancement Bug 10968936 entered to request R43500 be enhanced with Record Reservation. This enhancement request is being entered to request R4311Z1I PO Unedited Transaction Inbound Processor be enhanced with Record Reservation capabilities / functionality.  Currently it is possible to run three different instances of the R4311Z1I UBE concurrently for the same batch and all three will create identical Purchase Orders.
