During 64 bit Migration Process , When trying to upgrade the Enterprise Server Tools Release from 9.2.5.x or below to 9.2.6.x 64 Bit Tools Release , after entering the Database Credentials SM console Tools Release upgrade popup screen disappear so we are unable to upgrade the Tools Release. SM Agent log doesn't have information about this behaviour

For Example : Here while trying Upgrade to 64 bit , SM console popup screen disappear and unable to upgrade the Tools Release using SM console which is deployed on WLS 14c
