Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

After taking ESU with Bug 32930383, the ending balance on the amortization schedule is created with a credit balance. This is for operating or finance lease with payment terms in advance. This amount is out of balance greater than is desired to use the processing option for an adjustment to the remaining balance.

STEPS:
----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create lessee lease for either fiance or operating (P1501)
2. Create Recurring Billing with payment termsin advance (P1502)
3. Change lease terms to 10 (P15171)
4. Run Create Amortization (R15170)
5 View Amortization schedules

Note: There is no interest is calculated for first period. This is correct.
See ending balance has a credit balance. This should be zero or within a limit for a minor adjustment
