E1: 09E: Expense Entry Mobile Does Not Save Notes (M09E021) (Doc ID 2818086.1)

Saving Notes in Expense Entry Mobile (M09E021) application does not work.
The Notes can be entered but will not be saved.
The issue occurs for both existing and new reports, for Android and iOS. 


  1. Login to Application M09E021
  2. Select a record from My report Tab
  3. Click on Edit Expense
  4. Select a Detail Records
  5. Go to Notes Tab and enter text in New Notes section
  6. Click on Save
  7. On re-inquiring, it is noticed that same text attachment is not showing in the Notes History section
