E1: 49: Using Transportation Preferences With Multi Order Consolidation (Doc ID 2818476.1)

Goal

Transportation Preferences have been set up to populate freight handling code PP (Pre-paid) at order level for each order line if the order dollar amount is greater than USD 1000 (for example). However in a case where multi order consolidation is activated, if it is finding any previous shipment that matches the new order lines and the order lines are added to the existing shipment then it is taking the freight handling code of that shipment as it is getting consolidated. The expectation is to first resolve the freight handling code based on amount and if the freight handling code is different compared to existing shipments then assign a new shipment number to the new order lines. Currently the system is consolidating into previous one.
Is there a way to set this up with Transportation Preferences?
