E1: 43: Landed Cost Entries Incorrectly Booked to DMAAIs 4385 and 4332 Accounts When Using Lots and Inventory Cost Level Is Set at Branch Level (Doc ID 2818641.1)

The landed cost entries are not correctly booked to DMAAI 4385 and DMAAI 4332 in case that not all quantity of the receipt remains on stock when standalone landed cost is applied and if lots are used.

For instance, when inventory cost levels is set at Item/Branch level and applying standalone landed cost for lot Y and there is only lot X in stock, so all should go to DMAAI 4332 as there is no on hand quantity for lot Y.  Having to define a standard cost for each lot does not make sense. The logic could be adjusted to consider quantity on hand for the given MCU, ITM and LOTN of the item branch in case lot is required, regardless of the inventory cost level setup in Item Master (P4101).

Suggest enhancement of Landed Cost Selection (P43291) behavior to have for example a new processing option, so the MCU / ITM / LOTN on hand quantity should be used in case the item branch record indicates the lot is required for the given item branch.
