Symptoms

Traditional upgrade from 9.1 (9.0 as well) to application release 9.2, installed using the one-click images, OCI images.
While doing the upgrade, no custom BSFN is converted to 64 Bit. All of them are transferred successfully in 32 Bit folders to E9.2.

With the first full package build, all those custom objects fail to build, with source not found in 64bit folders.
