Goal

Two enterprise servers in the virtual batch queue set up but the loading of the batch jobs does not appear to be even.
The first enterprise server handles all the user call objects and that has much fewer UBEs assigned.
The second enterprise server is hitting CPU limits where as the first is not.

Is there a way to spread more evenly the UBEs on the two servers?
