Symptoms
When attempting to use RTE, the message in F90710 has status 3, and keeps accumulating. The status 3 record should be picked up by the Transaction Server.
The sequence number was of or order, so changing the value in F90708 by following document: E1:OUTBOUND RTE Records Stay at a Status 3 in F90710 Because of Sequence Number Mismatch Between F90710 & F90708 (Doc ID 1621509.1)
Even setting the value to 0 reset back to the highest sequence number in F90710 without processing any records.
Changes
Upgraded to TR 9.2.5.3. Older tools release works fine with the same configuration.
