Symptoms

There are two environments which share the same path code (example ADV920 and BDV920 sharing path code DV920). Login into Orchestrator Studio works for both these environments 

When restarting the AIS instance , the scheduler service is started only for the environment ADV920

Steps
1. Login into orchestrator studio in both environments and check to see if scheduler is not started
2. Restart the AIS instance
3. Login into orchestrator studio in both environments and check the scheduler status
