E1: OVR: When Changing Out BI Publisher Server the New Server Installation Fails with Error 'Schemas for RCU prefix have been already in used' (Doc ID 2820642.1)

Symptoms

An existing Business Intelligence Publisher Server installation exists with One View Reporting configured. A new BI Publisher Server is being installed to replace the existing server. When running the config.cmd under path <drive>:\Oracle\Middleware\Oracle_Home\bi\bin, the following error occurs on screen 

The schema of the old BI Publisher Server was used during install to preserve existing OVR reports.

Steps
1. Run the config.cmd under path D:\Oracle\Middleware\Oracle_Home\bi\bin
2. Use the existing schema of the previous BI Publisher installation
