Symptoms
After switching to Chrome from IE vertical scroll bar does not stop at the position it is released when Freeze feature is turned on for grid column.
Steps to reproduce (non-IE browser)
1. Fastpath P4210. Click Find. Click Goto End icon. Select section 201-400
2. Use Vertical scroll bar to move up and down the grid. Note bar stops at position it is released
3. Focus on first grid column(Order Co), right-click, select Freeze.
4. Use Vertical scroll bar to move up and down the grid. Note bar does not stop at position it is released.
