When running the R31802A or R31804 over one work order or a batch of work orders the following PDF Warning Message is given that point to the work center. Why?

PDF Warning:  Please refer to the Work Center for details

Work Center Errors:

(PYEB = Prior Year End Balance) Error: Prior End Balance Forward Invalid
CAUSE . . . .  The date being edited is less than the beginning fiscal date in the Company Constants file (F0010) for your company.

Or

(WACO = Way After Cut Off) Warning: Date Is In Future Fiscal Year
CAUSE  . . . . Date is at least one fiscal year in the future from your current fiscal year (WACO).
