E1: 34: Purchase Order Messages Marked As Processed But Only Created When Exiting (P3411) Detail Messages (Doc ID 2822271.1)

Goal

Why are purchase order messages marked as processed but the purchase orders are only created when exiting the P3411 program?

If the user is logged off the system before exiting P3411 (e.g., by timeout), the purchase orders are never created.  When the user logs back into the system, those MRP messages are now marked as processed but, upon opening P3411, a new session is started.  The uncreated POs from the previous session are never created.  Is there some way to find out which POs still need to be created from the previous session?  At present, to ensure they don't lose orders, users are exiting P3411 after every message is processed and going back in again.
