Symptoms

On : 9.2 version, Quality Management

P3711 Test results not viewable/editable if lot process type changed from BLANK Lot/SN. Original test results created when item lots were options. Item updated to lots assigned by next number and test result auto creates a lot number which then doesn't allow the user to view the original results.


STEPS:
1) Create item – lots are optional
2) Create manual test record
3) Change item to lots are assigned
4) Inquiry on original test record and unable to view/edit. System auto assigns and populates the lot number field.
