Symptoms

For a purchased Potency Controlled item, when doing a find in P4021 Supply and Demand, this error is presented:
An error has occurred while processing cache in this application.
Error ID 032E

Steps:

  1. In P4101 Item Master and P41026 Item Branch, define a purchased item with Potency Controlled = Y 
  2. In P4101, define the purchasing UOM as CC (or other UOM that has a Special Handling code different from blank in UDC 00/UM). 
  3. In P41002 UOM Conversion, define at item level a primary to purchasing UOM conversion like this: 1 EA = 0.5 CC (Cubic Centimetres).
  4. In P4310 Work With Order Headers create a new OP for the item.
  5. In P4021 Supply and Demand, choose the above item, CC UOM and do a find. This error is presented:

An error has occurred while processing cache in this application.
