Symptoms

Slow Performance is observed in Server Manager Console while working with the 9.2.x tools release and the JDK higher than Oracle Java 1.8 Update 17 or IBM Java 8.0.4.1 . The slowness is observed in the time taken to login and the time taken to display the instance details

Changes

 Upgrade to higher tools release with higher version of JDK
