Symptoms

Some applications allow user to add media object attachment while some do not. For example, application P48201, after clicking on Find button to populate the grid, click on the paperclip in the grid (called row header), user can add a new attachment. But for P0411, clicking on the row header brings up a blank Media Objects Screen when using classic interface; when using advance media object interface, the add button is missing. The form also does not have the Row Exit named Attachments.
