Symptoms

After upgrading the tools release to 9.2.5.4, it was no longer possible to see the Invoice Details in Service Billing Invoice History (P48250) or Contract Invoice History Inquiry (P52250) with a drill down to invoice details (P4812H).  


STEPS:
----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a T&M Contract (P5201/P5202)
2. Add record to Workfile Revision(P4812)
3. Run Invoice Generation (R52121)
4. Create AR and Post record (R49199/R09801)
5. Go to Contract History Inquiry (P52250)
6. Inquire on Contract
7. Drill into Invoice
8. Select Invoice Details (P4812H) 
9. No records are displayed.

OR Service Billing 

  1. Add record to Workfile Revisions (P4812) 
  2. Run Invoice Generation (P48121) 
  3. Create AR and Post record (R48199/R09801) 
  4. Go to Service Billing Invoice History (P48250) 
  5. Inquire on customer 
  6. Drill into Invoice 
  7. Select the Invoice Details (P4812H) 
  8. No Records are displayed 

 

Changes

 Upgrade of tools release to 9.2.5.4 causes issue with viewing F4812H with Invoice Detail (P4812H)
