From Equipment Master P1701 and taking the Row Exit to Supplemental Data / Flash Messages P00093. If a change is made to the Effective From or Through Dates for the Flash Message, and attachment exist. Upon reinquiring on the Flash Message the attachment will be lost / Blanked Out. Why?
