Goal

Using Forecast Consumption ( H rule ), the "-SO" line does not appear on the MRP Time Series, so no replenishment orders to be created to satisfy demand.

Only getting an -SOU (Sales Orders Unadjusted) line, and Cancel (C) messages in P3411.
