Symptoms

A custom Table Conversion (TC) was designed to generate a CSV (comma-separated values) output with the header line and it was scheduled to run from the scheduler (P91300). It worked correctly for sometime but after a few days it started generating additional header lines in the CSV output generated. Ideally, header line should be appearing only once in the CSV file as the first row. It creates the correct output when manually run from batch versions (BV) screen and the issue was happening only from the scheduler run.

Below screen print is an example for the 'bad' CSV output with multiple header lines. Header line appeared as the first row as expected but the same header line again appeared in the 2758th row.
