Symptoms
Error Media Object Fetch Image failed when a work order with an attachment is copied and the attachment is deleted from the copied work order.
ERROR

Media Object Fetch Image failed.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create an equipment work order P17714
2. Add a media object file to the work order.
3. Copy the work order
4. Before save delete the attachment then save
5. Inquire on original work order attachment
6. Notice error and text attachment is missing
