Symptoms

 R30835 Frozen Cost Update Not Freezing Items after Item Balance Purge (R4102P)

The Item Balance Purge (F4102) R4102P program was run in production in error.  The branch records and the P4105 Item Cost have been restored, but the R30835 Frozen Cost Update does not freeze the items, the value remains at zero.  The work center says the job completed normally.
