Goal

The P3411 MRP Message Processing has two processing options that are used to control the Unit Cost when processing messages for purchase orders.  The two options are Price Control and Blanket Info.  When a Blanket Order exists it appears that the Price always comes from the Blanket even though Price Control is set to 1, to get the unit cost from the Procurement system (either P41061 for Price Breaks, or P4105 Item Cost Ledger).  Blanket Info is set to blank to not release this OP from an OB blanket order.  The Unit Cost on the processed PO is from the OB.
