Symptoms

JDE trial edition was deployed successfully and the services were started but still unable to open the JDE login page. Tested this issue using different browsers but the issue was same.

Steps to Replicate:

1. Deploy Trial Edition on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)
2. Start all the Services ( Database, Enterprise Server, HTML Server, BIP Server)
3. Login to JDE using the below syntax,

https://<ip_address>:<port>/jde/owhtml/index.html

Where:

<ip_address> is the Public IP address that you reserved using the Cloud user interface.

<port> is the port that you specified during the first-time configuration.

Outcome: The JDE home page doesn't open.
