E1: 74S: Generate Sales 347 Tax Populates VAT ID Incorrectly for Non-Spanish Customers (R74S110) (Doc ID 2825323.1)

Last updated on JANUARY 24, 2022

Applies to:

JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Address Book - Version 9.2 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

When running R74S110 for non Spanish customers (e.g. a French customer), the UBE populates the VAT ID in field Customer/Vendor Tax Id. - Spain (SCVT) of Model 347 - Record Type 2 - Spain (F74S72) table, instead of Community Operator Tax ID Number (NIF) (S74COCN) field.

This results in cropping the VAT ID to an incorrect value and then populating it in an incorrect field in the resulting file generated by R74S120.

Steps

  1. Run R74S110 for a non Spanish Customer
  2. Verify F74S72 and see the VAT ID is cropped and populated in SCVT
