Symptoms
After upgrading from 9.1 to 9.2, Sales Update (R42800) works as expected in “Proof Mode” but fails when run in “Final Mode”.
ERROR ON REPORT PDF
"Invoice Has not Processed"
ERROR IN JDE.LOG
"OS400TC002 - DescribeTable: Describe failed: Table F41021TW"
WORK CENTER
"Job Completed Normally"
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Select a Sales Order that is ready for processing by Sales Update (R42800)
- Setup a Version of Sales Update (R42800) to run in “Proof Mode”
- Enter the selected order in the Data Selection of Sales Update (R42800)
- The Report PDF shows the report processed successfully and G/L Distribution is correct.
- Change the processing option to run in ”Final Mode”
- Enter the same order in the Data Selection of Sales Update (R42800)
- The Error Message "Invoice Has not Processed" Printed on the Sales Update PDF in Final Mode
- Check the Work Center.
- Message says "Job Completed Normally".
- Check jde.log.
- AS/400 error message says "OS400TC002 - DescribeTable: Describe failed: Table F41021TW"
