Applies to:
JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Australia/New Zealand Payroll - Version 9.2 and laterInformation in this document applies to any platform.
Symptoms
Overtime which has been paid as a benefit ( Benefit DBA) is not included in the STP overtime. Overtime currently only includes PDBAs with Pay Type Category "V".
When an employer pays employees overtime under a benefit DBA, as required by government legislation they are required to report these amounts to the government. It is therefore essential to be able to include these amounts under STP Phase 2 legislation.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
==================
1. Setup a DBA which is a benefit for an additional overtime payment in P059116.
2. Process a payroll, P07210, for an employee who is paid this overtime DBA.
3. Run the STP generation, P75A700.
4. Check the employee’s overtime which has been calculated in the STP and notice that the overtime will not be included.
