Goal

Why is the Work Order Master file record (F4801) reserved in the Business Object Reservation file (F00095) with a blank key?

A row exit from Equipment/Service Work Order Entry (P13714/P17714) to Equipment/Service Part List (P13730/P17730) is used.  This causes other work orders to be reserved until the first F00095 record is released.
